Session on ‘Invest in Emotion for Better Life’

A session on the topic ‘Invest in Emotion for better life’ was conducted as part of the Orientation program of the 18th batch of MBA students of MCMAT. The session was led by Dr A. Sukumaran Dean, College of CBM (Rtd) KAU, Thrissur and presently working as Mentor and NLP practitioner on August 8^th 2023. The program gave the students an understanding of what is meant by emotions, the types of emotions and the tips by which they can control stress and emotions. The session was lively and interactive and many of the students shared their learning from the session.
