Course Completion Ceremony 2024 at MCMAT

The Course Completion Ceremony for the 2022-24 batches of MBA students was held on June 29, 2024, at 10:30 AM in the MCMAT Conference Hall. The event was presided over by Prof. Abraham P. Mathew, a CUSAT Syndicate member and former Principal of Marthoma College Chungathara , MTEA Correspondence  secretary ,who also serving now as the Director of MCMAT. In his keynote address , Prof.  Abraham Mathew highlighted the importance of a positive attitude, sharing an illustrative story, and extended his best wishes for the students’ future endeavours.

Another esteemed guest, Mr. Thampi John, Treasurer of MCMAT, spoke to the outgoing students, urging them to maintain positivity and constructiveness in their lives. Prof. Abraham Mathew presented the Course Completion Certificates and mementos to the students. Additionally, the winners of the Best Manager competition were recognized and awarded certificates by the Principal-in-charge, Dr. Sunil Varghese.

All the outgoing students and faculty members entered the hall in a procession, donning their convocation attire, adding a formal and celebratory touch to the event. The ceremony began with a prayer song performed by Soji Mariyam of S2 MBA. Dr. Sunil Varghese welcomed the guests, outgoing students, their parents, faculty members, and other invitees, emphasizing the importance of ethics and time management in both personal and professional life. Assistant Professors Divya C.V. and Anoop S. also addressed the gathering, underscoring the need for professional ethics, a positive attitude, and skill development for achieving success.

The vote of thanks was delivered by Shefin J., Assistant Professor. The event was organized by the S2 MBA students under the guidance of Dr. Sunil Varghese, Shefin J., other faculty members, and non-teaching staff. The ceremony, compered by Jubin Thomas and  C M Sruthi  of S2 MBA, concluded with a photo session and a delightful meal for all attendee
