Celebrating ‘Reading Day’ with ‘Aksharaperuma’
On June 19, students from Marthoma College of Management and Technology, Perumbavoor, participated in ‘Aksharaperuma,’ an event organized by the Perumbavoor Municipality Library to celebrate ‘Reading Day.’ This day marks the birth anniversary of P.N. Panicker, the Father of the Library Movement in Kerala. The event aims to foster reading habits, particularly among the younger generation, and to emphasize the vital role of libraries and reading in education and personal growth.
