MBA Admission @ MCMAT

Marthoma College of Management and Technology (MCMAT) was established in 2005 as a full-fledged business school.  MCMAT offers MBA programme approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The two year full time programme offers dual specialization in Human Resource Management, Finance and Marketing.

Registration for the 20th Batch MBA (2025-27) programme commenced.

Eligibility for Admission to MBA Programme

A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other Universities duly recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for all parts of examination or a Master’s Degree examination with 50% marks in aggregate. Under grading system, C Grade of Mahatma Gandhi University or equivalent thereto from other recognized Universities can apply. For SC/ST candidates, a pass in any Bachelor’s Degree examination is needed.

Admission Procedure:

Along with above mentioned eligibility criteria, the aspiring candidates have to score a minimum of 15% in the CMAT Examination conducted by AICTE/KMAT- Kerala conducted by the admission Supervisory Committee / CAT conducted by IIM. The marks scored in the GD and Personal Interview conducted by MCMAT also will be considered.
Students awaiting for their final year results may also apply.

7. Eligibility Certificate from M.G University for candidates who did qualifying degree in universities outside Kerala.
