Director’s Message

Dear Friends,

First and foremost let me thank the Governing council members of MCMAT starting with Rt.Rev.Dr.Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa and other esteemed members who have given me the golden opportunity to work for this great institution. MCMAT was started by Marthoma Evangelistic Association (MTEA) with the noble idea of providing quality management education at affordable price to ordinary people. We at MCMAT believe that a transformation has to occur within every student who is admitted to our MBA Program, over the course duration and this change will enable the aspirant to be corporate ready. The corporate world is changing day by day and new ways of doing things are evolving enabled by technology infusion, wide spread adoption of AI solutions and rapid globalization.

At MCMAT we strive to convert people into future oriented managers whose skills and competencies would enable them to succeed in this evolving corporate and business scenarios of the future, but at same time who are upholders of high ethical standards and who are empathetic to fellow human beings. We at MCMAT in addition to the prescribed syllabus, prepare the students with industry oriented add-on courses and relevant training programs so as to make them industry ready. We involve them in various student activities to give them hands on experience in management. These activities also builds up their confidence, leadership abilities, communication skills and ability to do teamwork.

We give opportunities to students to interact with industry leaders on a regular basis so that students gets exposed to practical side of business. At MCMAT, our management, faculty and staff are committed to the institution’s objectives, vision and mission. We uphold integrity, credibility, commitments and above all, accountability in all our dealings. Our emphasis is on innovative teaching and learning which we achieve through our add-on programs and modern pedagogical tools like case study, business games and enriching projects and field works. Thus enabling a successful transformation of the student over a period of two years to an employable management professional.
