Training Program

The Marthoma College of Management &Technology in association with ASAP (Kerala Knowledge Economy) Skill Park, Perumbavoor organised a 15 hours (3 days) training programmes of our proteges of First year and Second year MBA’s in our college campus named as ‘Work Readiness Programme’. The resource person for the programme was Miss Athira PS, Trainer, ASAP

The Workshop was aimed to enhance the skill sets and employability of our students, ensuring that they are well equipped for the evolving demands of the workforce.

The Training Programme was inaugurated on 5th October 2023 by the Director, MCMAT Dr Philip Thomas.

Day 1 (5/10/2023) the focus of the training was mainly on helping the students to overcome their inhibitions and consisted of Goal setting, SWOT Analysis and Resume building

Day 2 (6/10/2023) centered on professional development encompassing Resume correction, GD and Structure and Methodology of an Interview

Day 3 (7/10/2023) the final day delved into Digital Literacy, Industry-Specific skills, Mock Interviews. The day ended with feedback session from students.

Overall, the programme was well appreciated by the students and we witnessed an tangible enhancement in the employability skills of the students.
