Fratres-2020 (National Level Management Fest) held on 23rd January, 2020.

On 23rd January 2020, MCMAT Team conducted the National Level Management Fest FRATRES 2020 with great pomp and harmony. The entire fest was conducted in consensus with the recognition of the Indian Army and we were successful in showcasing the theme. Right from morning to evening, all the volunteers were with the participants, guiding them as well as providing the best service available to them. The event was well addressed by esteemed dignitaries. They were able to share their thoughts and experience in the most mesmerizing way possible. All the committees were able to fulfill the tasks bestowed upon them fruitfully.
All the events were conducted unanimously. The events were conducted in the most legit way possible, which was also highlighted by the participants in their feedback. The judges assigned for each event were able to give out the right judgments. Apart from the events, spot games made the whole program splashy and vibrant. . Hospitality was one of the major highlights and well appreciated by the participants. At the end of the day, the events were completed in the scheduled time and we were able to finish off the program as per the guideline given.
Fratres 2020 was inaugurated by Sri. George Thomas (Executive Vice President ESAF Small Finance Bank). The gathering was welcomed by Dr. Philip Thomas and Presidential address was givn by Captain. Varghese Kuruvilla (Former Deputy Conservator Cochin Port Trust), Sri. Gopalakrishnan (Ex Service Man & Former Manager of Syndicate Bank) was honoured for his meritorious service in Indian Army. Sri. Prasad M George (Former General Manager, HR, BPCL,Mumbai) felicitated. Mr. Alen Mathew, Student coordinator proposed the vote of thanks
The Chief guest of valedictory function was Sri.Christo George (Chairman & MD, Hykon India Pvt Ltd). Mrs. Deepa Babu K G, Faculty Coordinator of Fratres 2020 declared the results of different events and Sri.Christo George along with Dr. Philip Thomas give away the prizes to the winners.
