Marthoma College of Management and Technology conducted ‘Budget Talk’ on 01.03.2011 at 4 pm. It was commented that Shri Pranab Mukherjee, Finance Minister, got the inspiration to give subsidy in terms of cash from Shri. Nitesh Kumar, Chief Minister, Bihar, who gave money to the girl children to buy bicycles.
The Presidential Address was given by Former Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax Shri. Samuel Thomas IRS. Shri Babu Kallivayalil, FCA, one of the leading Chartered Accountants and Former Chairman SIRC, ICAI, delivered the Key Note Address.
